Innovation has always been one of the core principles driving Fine Metrology’s growth, with continuous investments in expertise, infrastructure and advanced technologies supporting its activities in the field of metrology.
An important milestone in this journey was the project carried out with the support of the PO FESR Sicilia 2014–2020, under Action 3.1.1_02a – Promoting the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, which enabled the establishment of specialized laboratories for the production and calibration of permeation tubes.
Thanks to the funding received, Fine Metrology was able to implement a significant investment programme aimed at strengthening its operational facilities, developing state-of-the-art laboratories, and acquiring high-precision metrological equipment. These investments have enhanced the company’s ability to develop innovative solutions, expand its research and development activities, and deliver services characterized by the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and quality.
The investments made through this project continue to represent a strategic asset for the company’s development. The laboratories, equipment and technical expertise established with the support of the PO FESR Sicilia 2014–2020 still play a key role in Fine Metrology’s research, production, calibration and certification activities, strengthening the company’s competitiveness and its ability to meet the needs of both national and international customers.
